Ballet Sculpt
Based on low-impact floor barre movements, this mat-based class avoids stress on joints. The integrated Ballet and technique exercises will elongate muscles, improve core strength and increase flexibility making you feel more graceful and confident.
No ballet experience necessary, just a desire to be toned, strong and more supple.

Using a variety of small weights and resistance bands, we will work through dynamic dance routines to fun and uplifting playlists, and incorporate weighted movements to add resistance and improve muscle tone.
The weights will also increase the impact of the dance cardio and you will leave energised and feeling strong!
